Everything you need to know about ordering, shipping, and payment.

Orders can be placed at any time on our website. Our team processes orders Monday–Friday. Orders placed before 12PM PST are typically dispatched the same day; orders placed after 12PM PST are dispatched the following business day. Weekend orders are sent out the following Monday.

1. Browse our shop on the homepage and add items to your cart.
2. Click your cart and proceed to checkout.
3. Fill in your shipping details and review your order summary.
4. Submit your order — you'll receive instructions to send your Interac e-Transfer payment.
5. Once payment is received, we'll process and ship your order.
There is no minimum order amount. However, orders over $150 qualify for free shipping — so it pays to stock up!
Please contact us at help@kernalkush.ca as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once payment has been received and the order is dispatched, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
At this time we only ship within Canada. We do not accept international orders.
All consumable purchases are final — no refunds or exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis.
We currently accept Interac e-Transfer only. This is the safest and most reliable method for our customers and our team. We do not accept credit cards, cash, or cryptocurrency at this time.
1. Log into your online banking and navigate to the Interac e-Transfer section.
2. Add the recipient address provided in your order confirmation email.
3. Enter the exact order total shown at checkout.
4. Use your Order ID (shown in your confirmation email) as the message/memo.
5. Send the transfer — no security question is needed as we have auto-deposit enabled.

Note: e-Transfers are not instant and may take up to 30 minutes to process. Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed.
Orders over $150 ship for FREE. For orders under $150, a shipping fee will be calculated and communicated at the time of dispatch. We'll always let you know before shipping.
Once we receive and confirm your payment, we'll prepare your order for shipping. You'll receive a shipping notification with your tracking number by email. If you haven't heard back within one business day of sending your payment, please email help@kernalkush.ca.
All prices displayed on our site are all-inclusive. The amount shown at checkout is exactly what you pay — no surprise taxes added at the end.
Yes! All orders over $150 qualify for free shipping anywhere in Canada. Orders under $150 are subject to a flat shipping fee that will be communicated before dispatch.
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location within Canada. BC orders are typically faster. Remote locations may take longer.
Once your order is dispatched, your tracking number is emailed to the address you provided at checkout. Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it, email help@kernalkush.ca with your Order ID and we'll resend it.
Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system after your package is scanned. Try again the next business day. If it still doesn't work, contact us.
First, check your tracking link for any delivery attempt notices or hold locations. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbours and your building's mail area. If you're still unable to locate your package after 7 business days, contact us at help@kernalkush.ca.
No signature is required for most orders. Your package will be left in a safe location if you're not home. If you'd like to request signature-required delivery, please note it in the order notes at checkout.
Kernal Kush is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We strongly recommend using an address where someone can receive the package. For issues during transit, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
All Kernal Kush products are sourced from British Columbia, Canada. We work with trusted local growers and producers to bring you the highest quality cannabis products available.
Popcorn buds are smaller-sized cannabis flowers that grow lower on the plant. They have the same genetics, flavour, and potency as larger buds — just in a smaller package. They're a great way to get premium quality at a better price point.
The quality is the same — popcorn buds are trimmed from the same plants as large buds. You get the same cannabinoid profiles and terpenes. The only difference is size and typically a lower price.
Store your products in a cool, dark, and dry place — ideally in an airtight container. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, heat, or moisture, which can degrade quality. Properly stored cannabis stays fresh for several months.
Yes. We only carry products from suppliers who conduct quality and potency testing. If you have questions about a specific product, email us at help@kernalkush.ca and we'll share what information we have available.
Stock varies depending on availability from our suppliers. Email us at help@kernalkush.ca to ask about restock timelines for a specific product. We'll let you know as soon as it's back.
No — you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you earn loyalty points, track your orders, save your shipping addresses, and get faster checkout next time.
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Once you've accumulated 100 points, you can redeem them for a discount on your next order. Points are awarded automatically when your order is placed with your account logged in.
Log into your account at account.html, go to the Points section, and click Redeem Points. A discount code will be generated for you. Apply it at checkout before placing your order.
Email us at help@kernalkush.ca with the email address associated with your account and we'll reset your password manually and send you a new one.
Points are only awarded when you are logged into your account at the time of checkout. If you checked out as a guest, points cannot be applied retroactively. For any other issues, contact us with your Order ID.
Yes. Email us at help@kernalkush.ca with your account email address and request deletion. We'll remove your account and all associated data within 5 business days.
